Thanks, Daisy and Ana. I've followed Ana's stuff on Mirth as Medicine for a while now, and am always entertained and usually amused. This one put me in another place entirely. It's healthy and helpful to contemplate the mystery of death, now and again, and Ana's poetic, matter-of-fact approach in this piece enabled me to do just that.

Ana’s piece was fantastic. Thanks for shining a light on it for us, Daisy.

And Happy New Year!

Was gearing up to quote that final line of Ana's when--BAM! You did it yourself. At least I know my tastes aren't total shit. Thanks, Daisy.

Ana, this is the most helpful thing I've read about death. Made me start thinking about the start of life, how it comes on gradually, imperceptibly, and how death stands alone and I can't relate it to anything else. Part of why it's so scary to think about, maybe.

Just found you and love what I’ve read so far. Thanks also for the introduction to Ana, death is a powerful force that is full of lessons if your quiet and listen. It is rare if I don’t have someone pass away during my shift. I love to hear others experiences.
